Refund and Return/Exchange Policy
I. 30-Day Worry-Free Trial Sleep Guarantee
We offer a 30-day trial sleep guarantee. Within 30 calendar days of your receipt, if you find the pillow's height unsuitable, its firmness unsatisfactory, or simply cannot sleep on it, you can apply for a return or exchange. We understand that you'll never know if a pillow is suitable until you've slept on it for a few nights—so we're willing to give you ample time to experience it.
II. Return Conditions
Returns due to non-quality issues (unsatisfactory trial sleep): To ensure hygiene, returned pillows must be basically clean, odorless, free of large stains, undamaged, and not affecting resale. Please return them in their original packaging or equivalent packaging. In this case, the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
Returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipment: If the pillow has uneven filling that cannot be repaired, large areas of fabric damage, loose threads exposing the pillow, or the wrong style/size/height was sent, please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. If the return is verified to be at our responsibility, we will provide a free return/exchange and cover the round-trip shipping costs.
III. Refund Process and Arrival Time
After your return request is approved by customer service, you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and a return address. Please return the item within 14 days of obtaining authorization.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time of the funds is approximately 3 business days after the refund is processed. The specific arrival speed depends on your issuing bank or payment platform (such as PayPal, credit card bank, etc.). Please be patient.
IV. Returns are not accepted in the following situations:
Orders exceeding the 30-day return/exchange period.
Pillows with obvious signs of use (such as large areas of sweat stains, saliva stains, cosmetic residue, odor, etc.), affecting hygiene and resale.
Items with removed care labels, tags, or severely missing packaging.
